Insights Subscriptions and Attribution
Newsletter signup stores the submitted email address, optional first name, signup source, subscription status, and relevant timestamps. Contact submissions may also retain the source page, campaign, standard UTM values, and referring page so Polaris can understand why an inquiry was made. The submitted address is used to confirm the subscription, notify the Polaris team, and deliver future Insights publications through the existing protected email infrastructure.
